Course Description

Here is the updated complete code.
I have significantly upgraded the Create New Course modal logic. Now, when you add a Quiz inside a Module, you can also add Questions and Multiple Choice Options (with the correct answer selector) immediately, just like in the "Add Module" section.
Key Changes:
PHP (add_course section): Logic added to loop through Modules -> Quizzes -> Questions -> Options and save them all to the database in one go.
JavaScript: Added new functions (addCourseQuizQuestion) to dynamically generate the Question/Option inputs nested deeply inside the specific Quiz and Module.
